Vitamin C
Vitamin C is needed in large amounts by the adrenal glands to maintain normal adrenal function and maximize your body's ability to regulate stress and energy levels. The adrenal glands secrete and regulate stress hormones that are used to prepare the body for a fight or flight response. Adrenal gland functions are linked to virtually all of the body systems, including energy levels, mood and overall psychological outlook. When the adrenal glands are under stress, vitamin C levels may be depleted.
B-vitamins
B-vitamins nourish the nervous system, perform important functions in cellular energy metabolism, and help with specific enzyme reactions that promote energy, circulation and overall health. Several B-vitamins are known to play important roles in managing stress. For example, thiamin (vitamin B1) helps support normal brain levels of GABA, an amino acid associated with mood and anxiousness, while vitamin B6 helps regulate neurotransmitters like serotonin and norepinephrine, which impact mood and the body's stress response.
Schisandra
Schisandra has been used for centuries for its important adaptogenic benefits. Widely used in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), schisandra berries are called the five-flavored fruit because they possesses a remarkable taste that is sour, sweet, bitter, salty and pungent. This renowned Chinese tonic herb is used to balance the 12 meridians (energy channels) and energize the five constitutional types. Schisandra also enables the body to respond more quickly to stress. Plus, schisandra's bitter compounds also support circulation and nervous system function.
Bee Pollen
Bee pollen has been called the “perfect food” because of its remarkable array of nutrients. A true gift from Mother Nature, bee pollen contains many essential nutrients, including protein, 22 amino acids, B-vitamins, and more. Bee pollen also provides beneficial antioxidants. As a result, bee pollen is often used to enhance energy levels and endurance and support nervous system health. Some studies suggest that bee pollen may help reduce feelings of anxiousness.
Lemon Bioflavonoids
Lemon bioflavonoids assist the absorption and utilization of vitamin C. Lemon bioflavonoids are excellent antioxidants that neutralize free radicals and help protect the vitamin C molecule from oxidation within the body. Lemon bioflavonoids offer multiple health benefits, including boosting immune function, supporting cardiovascular health and eyesight, increasing capillary strength, and supporting connective tissue health. Lemon bioflavonoids come from the pulp and stringy white inside of the lemon fruit.
Hops
Hops do more than add flavor and foam to your beer. Hops are a traditional aid for sleep and nervousness. Hops have a calming effect on the nervous system and are a common ingredient in products used to promote restful sleep and relaxation. Hops have also been used to soothe feelings of anxiousness and restlessness. A recent study demonstrated that hops extract improves the body’s response to stress and anxiousness. Hops contain the flavonoid xanthohumol, which possesses antioxidant properties and may help relax blood vessels and improve blood circulation.
Passionflower
Passionflower is widely recognized for its variety of relaxing benefits. Passionflower provides natural support to the relaxation centers of the nervous system and has been used historically as a mild calmative to help with restlessness. The flavonoids in passionflower are believed to support healthy nervous system function and provide a sense of calm. Many have found that passionflower also helps with relaxation of tense muscles. Plus, passionflower can be used to help promote a restful night’s sleep.
Valerian
Valerian root provides nervous system support, including promoting feelings of relaxation. Valerian's ability to relax the central nervous system, decrease feelings of anxiousness and stress, promote feelings of calm, and enhance sleep are known to millions the world over. Valerian also helps relax tense, cramping muscles and may ease joint discomfort.

We work with European farmers who have grown Hops for generations to sustainably source the highest quality plants. How do we know that? Well, we’ve actually been there. We’ve audited their facilities, toured the farms and gone through their records to ensure they meet our exacting standards.
Our partners also work with scientists who analyze the soil to determine the best time to plant and harvest hops to maximize phytonutrient content. Each plant is tended for three years before picking to optimize harvest yields.
And our hops are non-GMO and vegan, Kosher and Halal certified.
Take 1 tablet with a meal three times daily. For optimum freshness, refrigerate after opening.
